The staff were very friendly and welcoming. the hotel has an amazing location. - Our double room had a breathtaking view and a balcony. - the breakfast had a great selection of delicious food.

Hotel only 4 years old but already looks tired and in need of renovation. Some hotel staff helpful but others uninterested. Expensive for standard of rooms/furniture. Very expensive restaurant, and bar closed early in evening. Could be so much better with only a bit of work.

The value for money at this hotel is incredible, especially considering the prices of other hotels in the area. The attention to detail and the level of service from the staff are outstanding. The location is perfect if you're looking for a nice beach area, with good views of the beach and estuary. The rooms are spacious and come with a balcony, making it feel like having your own spa in the room.

The breakfast was fine, but not spectacular.

The stuff was indifferent and careless.

Specifically requested a dinner reservation in booking procedure, but no positive response to this. On arrival at 20 00 from Bilbao ferry, restaurant closed for private event. We were able to find something else in Orio which is small place, but this was difficult for me as I have mobility problems. We always book hotels with a restaurant for this reason.

When we wanted to check out, the girl in the reception was talking with a colleague and did not stop her conversation and kept us waiting for at least 5 minutes

Newly decorated hotel where a sensational breakfast was served. The food was excellent and the staff was excellent and affable. I booked a double room for 1 night and had a such wonderful stay. It was in an elegant building with excellent view of the sea.

amazing stay at a newly renovated hotel with a large balcony. The 4-course dinner with included drink for €18 was delicious. The staff went above and beyond, arranging a surprise for my wife's birthday. Highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and great location near the beach and restaurants.

toilet issue

Convenient location for our journey, nice to be near the sea for a change. Breakfast average, but adequate. We had hoped to be able to use the spa, which closed at 8pm in the evening, but last entry was at 6pm, and we only arrived at 6.20pm. In the morning the spa opened at 10 am, but we needed to be on the road again by 9am, so I am unable to comment on the spa facilities. The balcony, with chairs and table, overlooking the estuary was a plus.

The room decor, being grey velvet and grey walls, with black tiled bathroom, was not to my taste - but may well be to the taste of others. It was rather too miserable for me.

Quite clean, quite big room, not noisy. The parking for the car in period not summer are free. There is one pc you can use with connection.

The room and the spa are a bit shabby.

Very nice hotel with excellent facilities. Great location with beautiful beachfront. Dinner in the garden with the sound of the sea was a wonderful experience. Comfortable bed and pillows. Fantastic amenities. English speaking and friendly staff. Wonderful views from the balcony. Quiet rooms.
